Biography

Known for his rich voice and clear diction, the gifted American baritone Tony Brown is an international promoter of peace and citizen of the world. His work as peacemaker has taken him to political hot spots in Africa, Asia and South America, and was used to facilitate the reduction of tensions in Northern Ireland, Bosnia and Northern Uganda. In each venue he stresses the oneness of the human family.

Legendary folk singer Pete Seeger appears with Tony Brown via video in this multi-media musical documentary, I Go On Singing : Paul Robeson’s Life in Word & Song. Accompanied by a pianist, narrator, and archival video, Mr. Brown reveals Paul Robeson as a towering figure in American history and a champion for peace and human rights for much of the 20th Century. The story of this American hero who struggled and triumphed comes alive in a rousing 90 minute song-filled multimedia presentation.
