Cris Derksen braids her classical cello training and indigenous roots with modern electronic sensibilities to create truly original, compelling sounds. An accomplished composer, Cris works with visual artists, dancers, and other musicians to create interdisciplinary works which wow audiences worldwide.
An upcoming fully produced, multi-angle studio concert video will be released in fall 2021 and will be available for licensing.
Cris Derksen allie sa formation de violoncelliste classique et ses racines autochtones à une approche électro pour créer des sonorités envoûtantes et originales. Une compositrice accomplie, Cris collabore avec des artistes visuels, des danseurs et d’autres musiciens pour créer des spectacles multidisciplinaires qui emballent les publics du monde entier.
Une vidéo de concert en studio, entièrement produite et à angles multiples, sera disponible sous licence à l’automne 2021.
