This last week has been busy for Latitude 45. Barbara was at the Arts Midwest Conference in Indiana and Eoin was at CIPAE in China where they both met with presenters to promote our artists.
Each year the Arts Midwest Conference brings together a community of arts professionals who create, present, and tour performances to audiences across the Midwest. It’s a must-attend event for anyone looking to deepen their connections with colleagues and bolster their work in this area of the USA.
collectif9 was also at Arts Midwest because they were performing a Spotlight Showcase, which was the hit of the conference!
collectif9 is changing the look and sound of classical music. This nine-pice classical string band performs works by Brahms, Schnittke, Mahler, and Prokofiev with a new energy: Classical music with a rock vibe.

CIPAE, formerly known as CIPAC or CIPAF, is an annual event held in Beijing by the China Association of Performing Arts (CAPA). Since the first edition in 2001, CIPAE has welcomed over 1,500 participants a year for four days during which they live to the rhythm of showcases, artistic project presentations, exchange forums, and to the exhibition room. CIPAE has become the most important performing arts market in China. Our agent, Eoin, spoke to presenters about Latitude 45 and our artists touring in China.

Chaque années, la conférence d'Arts Midwest Conference rassemble une communauté de professionnels travaillant de le monde des arts qui créent et présentent des concerts au public du Midwest des États Unis.
Collectif9 était aussi présent à la conférence puisqu'ils présentaient aux vitrines officielles.
Connu pour changer le look et le son de la musique classique, Collectif9, un ensemble à cordes formé de 9 instrumentistes, joue Brahms, Schnittke, Mahler et Prokofiev avec un coté rock.

La CIPAE, anciennement appelé la CIPAC ou la CIPAF, est un évènement annuel organisé désormais chaque année à Beijing par la China Association of Performing Arts (CAPA). Depuis sa première édition en 2001, la CIPAE accueille annuellement plus de 1500 participants qui vivent, durant quatre jours, au rythme des vitrines, des présentations de projets artistiques, des forums d’échange et de la salle d’exposition.
