Latitude 45 Arts welcomes Rémi Cormier

We are delighted to announce that Canadian jazz trumpeter Rémi Cormier has joined the Latitude 45 Arts roster!

Recipient of the prestigious Radio-Canada Jazz Revelation of the Year award and known for his genre-blending approach and thoughtful compositions, Rémi Cormier brings a fresh and socially conscious voice to the contemporary jazz scene. His second record, Rich State of Mind, reflects on the intangible sources of wealth in life—community, creativity, and resilience—rather than material gain, and will be released in January 2026.

Rémi brings a unique voice to our roster—one of forward-thinking musical vision, one of pushing boundaries whilst staying grounded in storytelling and artistry. He’s a welcome addition to our diverse family of artists.
